Help to load vans needed.
Today, Wednesday 6th April a van will be arriving at the church to take all the remaining items to Stapleford. Help will be needed to load the van - it will take several loads to move all the stuff. Please come to the church 1t 1100 to help if you can.
At some time in the next week or so help will be needed at Stapleford to sort and pack the items so please keep watching here for details.
Refugees from Ukraine will be arriving in our area within the next few weeks and we are compiling a list of people that are able to offer accommodation. If you have accommodation to offer please e-mail Malcolm: wandrag@waitrose.com giving the following information:
Location of the accommodation;
Type of accommodation e.g. sharing your home, B and B, self-contained, etc.;
Number of people that can be accommodated (we are expecting family groups mainly);
Length of time for which accommodation will be available;
Any needs that you might have such as supplies of bedding, funding, etc;
Any other matters that you want to be considered.
